Cloe Sun Lounger — for Pools, Spas and Terraces
The Cloe sun lounger is a premium Italian design by MyYour for anyone who values comfort and clean, elegant lines. With its soft curves and signature Poleasy® material, Cloe is an ideal choice for pools, spas, hotels, wellness resorts and private terraces. It is lightweight, stackable and equally at home indoors or outdoors.
Where to use it
Cloe suits spa centres, poolsides, saunas, hotels, restaurants and lounge areas, as well as the terrace, garden or patio of your home. The material is fully water-resistant, so the lounger can even be placed in the water — perfect for creating relaxation spots right inside the pool. It withstands temperatures from −20 °C to +60 °C, so there is no need to bring it indoors at the first sign of cold.
Poleasy® material
Cloe is made from Poleasy® — a patented linear polyethylene developed by MyYour specifically for outdoor furniture. Its surface is virtually free of the micropores where dirt usually builds up, so it wipes clean easily — even from creams and oils — resists UV fading and stands up to water. Care is simple: just water and a mild detergent. Poleasy is so versatile it is also used in lighting, sports equipment and even boats and medical furniture.

Care and storage
Simply wipe the surface with water and a mild detergent — Poleasy® does not absorb dirt and needs no special chemicals. Off-season, the loungers stack neatly, and we recommend a protective cover to shield them from dust and rain. The medium 175×73 cm cover fits 2–4 loungers.
Accessories
For extra comfort, pair Cloe with a 100% white cotton mattress that adds softness and warmth. For tidy storage, choose a protective cover.

Can I reserve a product in an offline store?
Yes, you can reserve a product in an offline store. To do this, write to us at the email contact.terrazza@gmail.com or use the contact form. Indicate your name, email address, the product you are interested in, its quantity, and color. For faster feedback, indicate your phone number.

Can I return / exchange a product that did not suit me?
Product returns are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
Goods of proper quality ordered on the Terrazza.com.ua website that did not suit for any reason (size, color) are subject to return and exchange within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, provided there are no signs of use, the commercial appearance and consumer properties are preserved, and the original and undamaged packaging and tags are available.
The shipping cost for returning/exchanging the goods is paid by the buyer. Exception: manufacturing defect or mis-sort (different size, color, or article). In this case, the return is carried out at our expense.
Refunds are issued depending on the payment method: in cash or to a bank card.
The refund period is within 7 business days from the moment the return is received by the Online Store manager.
Dispatch of the exchange order is carried out after its full assembly and receipt of the return by the Online Store manager.
Goods of improper quality (after use or with damaged tags) ordered on Terrazza.com.ua are not subject to exchange and return.

How can I pay for the order?
You can pay for the product using one of the proposed methods:
- Online on the website using LiqPay and choosing one of the available payment options (QR code from Privat24, Privat Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or by entering the details of your Visa or Mastercard payment card)
- By bank details to the checking account
- In cash at Terrazza showrooms in Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk
- By Visa or Mastercard bank card using a Privatbank terminal at Terrazza showrooms in Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk
What is the cost and terms of delivery?
If the product is in stock
Delivery time depends on the availability of the product in warehouses in the city of Lviv.
Furniture in stock can be picked up immediately by self-pickup or delivery can be arranged. Within Lviv and the region, delivery is 1-2 business days. Across Ukraine, delivery is 2-3 business days.
The cost of delivery is not included in the price of the product and will be calculated separately according to the carrier’s rates after the order is placed and all details are clarified.
Delivery is possible via Nova Poshta or private carriers.
Products on order
The delivery time for products on order is up to 4 weeks. Given the current situation in Ukraine, the delivery time may vary. The exact timeframe will be known after clarifying information with the manufacturer. Product delivery from the manufacturer is carried out to the warehouse in the city of Lviv. From the warehouse in Lviv, the product will be delivered to the customer at the agreed time.
Product delivery is carried out to territories controlled by Ukraine where Nova Poshta currently delivers or where it is possible to perform freight transportation. The possibility of delivery to certain regions may vary between the time the order is placed and the actual time of delivery. We sincerely hope that we will soon resume product delivery throughout the entire territory of Ukraine.
