Product Return

According to the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, the product can be returned within 30 days from the moment of purchase.

If the product you bought, for any reason, did not suit you, contact us to discuss the details of the replacement or return by telephone.

We will return the funds to you for the purchased product or exchange it for any other subject to compliance with the following conditions:

• preservation of packaging, labels, commercial appearance, consumer properties;
• availability of a sales receipt for the purchased product.

The shipping cost for the return/exchange of the product is paid by the buyer. Exception: manufacturing defect or mis-sort (different size, color, or article). In this case, the return is carried out at our expense.

Funds are returned depending on the payment method: in cash or to a bank card.

The period for returning monetary funds is within 7 working days from the moment the return is received by the Online Store manager.

The dispatch of the exchange order is carried out after its full completion and the receipt of the return by the Online Store manager.

Not subject to return*:

• perfumery and cosmetic products
• feather and down products
• tulle-curtain and lace fabrics
• carpet products sold by the meter
• products in aerosol packaging
• bed and body linen.

*in accordance with the Resolution of the CMU No. 172 of March 19, 1994 (a full list of goods that are not subject to return and exchange can be found by following this link).

Products of improper quality (after use or with damaged labels) ordered on Terrazza.com.ua are not subject to exchange and return.
